What is the refund policy?

There are absolutely NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, or EXCHANGES. SoulFest is a rain or shine event. Lineup subject to change. Admission is Festival admission (not per artist: no refunds if an artists cancels.)

What are my parking options at the event?

VIP Parking, closest to the event in a reserved section, General Parking. First come, first served. Parking attendants will direct cars to River Gate / Lot A first until full. Accessible parking is at the front of each lot. VIP Admission includes a convenient lot near the main stage arena.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

Back packs are permitted.

Coolers up to 15" x 10" x 10" (L x W x H) will be allowed at Soulfest. Coolers can be soft or hard coolers. Any coolers larger than these specs will be required to stay in one's vehicle. There is re-entry to the festival.

Chairs, blankets, & tarps (10'x10') are permitted. No pop up canopies. Any items placed in a restricted area will be removed by Festival staff. Any personal items left overnight will be brought to Lost & Found. Please be respectful of those around you so as to not obstruct the view of the stage.

Amateur photo and video cameras are permitted at SOULFEST. However, professional camera equipment is not permitted – this includes tripods, cameras with removable lenses, etc. All photos must be taken from the audience. Video recording of entire performances is prohibited. These policies are designed to protect the Artists' rights and will be enforced.
