Founded on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building programme, delivered by Boma New Zealand CEO and Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator Kaila Colbin.
Brené has spent two decades studying shame and more than seven years specifically looking at leadership. During her research, she interviewed leaders from all over the world — from Fortune 100 companies, non-profits, public sector entities, and more — and asked one question: what is the future of leadership?
Remarkably, their answers pointed to one thing: we need braver leaders.
The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research, and the foundation of Dare to Lead™, is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable.
If you are an Educator or at a Not-for-Profit, you can automatically access a special price of $1,995 + GST when you register.
We also have partial scholarships available to attend the programme. Apply here and we’ll be in touch.
