Dare to Lead™ Training focuses on building brave cultures and achieving results. The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. All four skills are covered in the training:

April 24 and 25 in Olympia, Washington at the Lacey Community Center. May 2 is virtual via Zoom.
What if I need to cancel? Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not available. You may request to transfer your ticket to another participant, or another event up to 48 hours before the date and time of the event by emailing the training team at Hello@TheLenekerTeam.com. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
About the Facilitator
Amy Leneker is an optimistic, joy-seeking, recovering perfectionist and workaholic. She is also a Leadership Consultant and a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator. Amy was born and raised in the Midwest where she learned to work hard, tell the truth, and be kind. Although Amy left Ohio long ago, those Midwestern values are still very much a part of who she is and how she works. With over two decades of experience in leadership development, Amy has ›trained thousands of leaders and teams all over the world. She and her husband have two wonderful kiddos and two wacky dogs and make their home in the Pacific Northwest.
