2024 Ultimate Towner Amazing Race Volunteer and Host Sign-Up: Jackson, WY

Join our awesome group of Jackson Grand Dynamics event staff! We hire contractors for team building events and adventure based experiential learning programs that take place all over the country.

Volunteer or Get Paid for the 2024 Ultimate Towner Amazing Race and help us make this event a huge success for our Towners, the Jackson community and Our 2024 Charity Event. Our Beneficiary will be announced soon!

Our primary directive is to get event HOSTS greet Towner teams at checkpoint locations. You will help teams if needed with the game app, provide directions for a challenge, take photos or videos and encourage teams to have fun.

The ON COURSE Hosting will be about two hours, from 12 to 2 approximately on Sunday, May 19th. We will email you information and talk or meet prior to the event on the day before (Saturday) or early Sunday morning at 9:00 AM. The festivities kick off on Sunday at 10 AM and roll into the on-course fun at 12. Break down and clean up will go till around 6:30PM on the 19th.

Hosts can choose to volunteer or get paid in the $50-$200 range plus event perks for event hosting positions. Standard Hosting is $100 for the day for this community event we are happy to discuss the range of pay with you.

DIRECTIONS TO REGISTER:

ADDITIONAL paid or volunteering options include hourly Marketing and Event Promotions starting NOW and our positions continue through event clean-up. Help spread the word to hotels, businesses, collect prizes and prep for the event! An hourly rate can be agreed upon for this support.

Is there any age limit for volunteering?

Generally 16 and up. Kids under 16 can join an adult and help out.

Do I need any experience?

No, no experience is necessary.
